I just bought this little Belt Sander. I had a need for one for the last Ship I built so I’m hoping this will be a good investment.

Pressure Steamer
I made this Steamer for the Planks, in order for them to bend easier.

This is the Steamer going. Not much to see except for the Steam coming. I’m experimenting now with Steam Times. I’m going to see what the wood is like in 10 minutes / 20 minutes / 30 minutes… Although I doubt I would have to go that long. At least 10 minutes, I’m sure.
I think anywhere between 10 – 15 minutes does it. Also, the Pipe gets dead hot!
Sanding Block
I am back from the break that I took.
I looked all over for my Sanding Block that I got with an Xacto set from years ago. I’m talking maybe 30 years!!!
So, I couldn’t find it and have been obsessing about it until I decided to make another block. Not that I’ll have use for it any time soon.
