That’s one thing that you can never have enough of are Clamps.

I used Contact Cement and SuperGlue too glue the Sheer Strakes across the Bow.

I’ve started fairing the Stern portion of the Hull… Especially under the Transom.

I’m using a File to file down the Bulkheads so that the Planks will lie flat across them.
You file down 2 Bulkheads at a time until the file lies flat across them.
I also use Sandpaper on a Holder…

I’m using 120 Grit Sandpaper paper. It cuts just enough but to too hard.

I decided to use Titebond Translucent Glue for all this work.
Something I found is that once you put pressure on the White Glue, the piece will stay in place with both the adhesive and suction.

I made this Stand probably 10 years ago. It has gotten me through 3 builds.

All it is a piece of Fence Post with some 1.5″x1.5″ attached to it. Then I simply taped some Paper Towel around the ends. .. 🤔🙄🤭

Started work on the Lower Gun Deck. These Gun Ports have a Faux Cannon that I stick into those Basswood blocks that I made before.

I use a combination of Dap Weldwood Contact Cement and SuperGlue for this.

I found that around 17mm from the edge was the idea distance for the Cannons to protrude.
The Kit didn’t specify using blocks behind the Gun Ports. They wanted the builder to figure it I suppose. I had some spare 25mm Basswood Blocks lying around which I used for this.

I’m making the faux Cannon backs to be able to stick the Cannons into it from the Gun Ports.

I used Balsa Wood and cut them into these wedges which I measured out.
